As a lifelong resident and a real estate professional of 26 years, I am privileged to look after buyers, sellers and developers in Riverstone and the surrounding suburbs.

After growing up in the area, my wife and I bought a house in Riverstone in 1996. We have raised four children, so I am familiar with the area’s schools and sporting clubs and sponsor local rugby league and soccer teams.
Initially, I worked in timber sales, then moved into real estate, working for a local real estate agent for eight years and obtaining my real estate license and valuation degree before branching out and establishing my own business. Buying into a real estate franchise in 2004 and teaming up with my business partner, Jeff Fullerton, allowed us to become the number one office locally, with our rent roll now the most extensive in Riverstone.
Riverstone is an exciting growth area in the northwest of Sydney, starting as farmland and transforming into a primarily residential area in the last two decades. We look after buyers and sellers in the region, landlords, and some developers. Our clients encompass people who have lived here for many years and are looking to downsize or move further out of Sydney, as well as people buying their first home here or upgrading to a larger one. We also work with property investors who see the area’s potential and are keen to invest.
For me, real estate is about being part of the community, meeting people and helping them through their property sales and purchases. We know this area well as we live here with our families and are involved with local sporting teams, meaning we feel at home here, we can answer any question from buyers about the area, and we feel connected to the community.
My clients praise my transparent approach and ability to predict and work towards the best possible outcome for all parties. My long experience in the area means I can pinpoint the best way to approach a sale for the greatest success as quickly as possible. I don’t offer dream prices I can’t achieve because this is not in the interests of my clients. What I do is understand the goals of my home sellers and do my best to match what they want to achieve in the market.
