Jeff is a lifelong Riverstone local and co-founder of Hometown Property Partners, bringing an unmatched depth of local knowledge and genuine connection to the community to every property he represents.

Since joining his schoolmate David Martignago when Hometown was established in 2004, Jeff has helped countless buyers and sellers navigate the local property market. From first-home buyers to long-time locals looking to downsize or upgrade, Jeff has listed and sold homes throughout Riverstone, Schofields and the surrounding areas — with many properties sold more than once over the years.

Jeff’s real estate journey began in retail at a local Riverstone liquor store, where he developed strong relationships throughout the community. Those connections have continued to play an important role throughout his real estate career and are a testament to the trust he has built with generations of local families.

Jeff has a particular passion for the older homes that give Northwest Sydney its unique character. He enjoys helping buyers and sellers recognise the potential of properties, whether that means renovation, redevelopment or simply finding the right buyer who can bring a property’s potential to life.
